Having a Large Team of Creatives can be overwhelming, from decision-making to role designation; it can be really stressful.
However we shouldn't forget the responsibilities of the team, the major tasks which I summed up into three.
1. DESIGN
This is the birthplace of ideas and inspiration.
You should design the flow of experience for worshippers through AMBIENCE (Sound, Light, Screens) and other in-house elements to suit the goal of the gathering.
For the VIRTUAL AUDIENCE, you can design the best Camera Position, Movement and Shot angles, Steam Overlays etc.
2. CREATE & COVER
The big deal after design is to never lose a moment. Create it and Record it.
But most times, Church Service is a spontaneous flow, as it's being created by other ministries (worship Team, Pastors and other Ministers) Make sure you cover all moments needed.
3. PUBLISH
There's no point covering it if it won't be published. Publishing is where the
experience is distributed for maximum impact and influence.
This can be done through various Media Channels both traditional and digital, Social Media most importantly for its wide sea of audience.
If the Team can ensure that these are done weekly, you would record more impact and influence of the Team's service than ever.
